(1) Histopathologic examination, there were two cysts in adenohypophysis.

(2) The pituitary gland consisted of neurohypophysis and adenohypophysis.

(3) The larger portion, the anterior pituitary ( adenohypophysis ), is toward the top.

(4) The adenohypophysis is small.

(5) Objective: To study the special stain method of different cells in the adenohypophysis.
